If your looking for a comfortable and spacious condo away from all the crowds and frustration of a big beachfront building, this is just the place. You can easily drive just over the bridge in about one minute and be at the Gorgeous Gulf State Park. There are picnic pavilions, restrooms, and boardwalks to take you right to the beach. Long stretches of sugary white sand await without big looming condos. Throw down a beach towel and relax while the kids and grandkids build sandcastles. Back at the condo, prepare a great meal in the spacious, full kitchen. You can boil up some shrimp and dine out on the lanai while you watch the parade of boats going back and forth from the pass to the Gulf. It's just yards away. Bring your boat or rent one while your here. There's great fishing in the back bay waters and along the intercoastal. If your looking for a little bigger adventure, head out into the Gulf in just minutes. San Roc Cay is just two doors down for charter fishing, jet ski rentals, 4 restaurants, and lots of shopping. Mariner Pass is in a great location for easy access to loads of activities, yet is tucked away from the crowds. The famous, Flora-Bama Lounge is just a couple of miles away for a little walk on the wild side. The Wharf is only a short drive if you want shopping, dining, a movie theatre, and, of course, the amphitheater for great concerts.
