Only 59 spacious units in the building and it's only 5 years old. The property is really well maintained. There's a great private Marina just outside and we have a large 16' boat slip available for you to use when you rent from us.

Mariner Pass is wonderfully maintained and family oriented.  It is located waterfront on Cotton Bayou and just across the bridge is a beautiful Alabama State Park.
